Cash Crusaders Dixon blender

I was very disappointed with Cash Crusaders Mount Edgcomb Durban. I bought a brand new Dixon blender. And then within two months the base part of the jug licked and eventually got broken without me physically damaging it. It was still under warranty but they said that damage is not covered. They could not even find me replacement part from their suppliers or manufacturers. Now I don't know what to do with it. Run away while you still can.
