Cash crusaders disaster

I bought a brand new washing machine last year during October at Cash Crusaders Maunde plaza Atteridgeville this year during August it just started acting up went to the store to report it they took it in for a repair later on was told I have to pay for the repair but it was still under guarantee.Called their head office on the 27th of August the area manager told me she's gonna escalate my matter to the reginal manager and they will call me back within 24hours today it's the 25th of Sept and still waiting for their call even the store hasn't called me to give me update about the washing machine.Not to mention the rudeness of their consultant that store deserves to be closed it's a total play store.
