Cash Crusaders

We are very unhappy with cash crusaders, we wanted to pay for all the stuff we previously pawned we asked them to give us a total amount owned by us they gave the amount and it was paid we could get all the goods some where still at the storage a few days later we noticed we didnt get our aircon back so we whatsapp the manager (thats how we conminicated previously to our suprise he told us the aircon was sold already) but when we went there the next day it was still there on the shelves. He blocked us on whatsapp and are never there when we go to the store 6 times we didnt get the slip as there were still things in storage (we have proof of payment) we asked them several times to print us a new slip so we can be sure if the aircon was paid or not but no co operation ( they want us to pay the aircon again) but they wont provide us with the slip to say that the aircon was not part of the 11 000 that we paid to them or breakdown of what was paid the promised to mail the slip but nothing)
