Cash Crusaders daylight *******

I bought a PS4 from Cash Crusaders Gateseville on the 20th July. When my son used it the playstation was making a strange sound he also could not create an online profile as the previous owner's account was still saved. I paid R3500.00 for this playstation I took the Ps4 back to Cash Crusaders on the 19 October 2024 and requested to sell it back they told me that they could only give me R1200.00 back as the fan was warm - yet this is the product that they sold to me 2montjs earlier for R3500.00! This is broad daylight ******* I would dissuade anyone from buying any 2nd hand goods from them as they sell items for exorbitant princess knowing that it's not worth even half of that price. Lesson learned
