Cash Crusaders Davenport Square Not Responding To My Email About My Looted Goods

I took my MacBook Air and Tuefel headphones to cash crusaders at Davenport Square Shopping Center in Durban, in exchange for a loan. The store was looted during the unrest and I sent an email, to which they responded, saying that they do not know when they will reopen their store. Currently the store is being rebuilt, their phone lines ring but nobody answers. I sent another email asking for some feedback as to when or how will I be reimbursed and as of now i have not heard anything. I have heard from other customers who's goods were looted, that they have been contacted by the store, yet I made first contact and have not heard anything from them since. Please help because I am losing alot of income by not havi g nt laptop with me as I work from home. I have just managed to get my job back but I am struggling without my pc and headphones. I have the receipts from the transaction still.
