CASH CRUSADERS DAVENPORT SQUARE DURBAN - I WANT ANSWERS FOR REIMBUR*****T FOR MY BELONGINGS

I had two of my belongings at cash crusaders in Davenport Square, and unfortunately, my good were looted during the unrest. I have called Cash Crusaders NUMEROUS times, the phone rings with no answer. I initially sent an email, to which they responded that they are still renovating and will be processing their insurance claims thereafter. I followed up with another email, to which they did not respond. I followed up with about two more emails to no avail. What makes me upset is that some of the other customers have been given communication as to what will be happening regarding their goods that were looted, and I have heard absolutely nothing from them, despite me making forts contact. I've also written to you people on this platform and still nothing came of it. I AM LOOKING FOR ANSWERS AS TO WHAT WILL BE DONE TO REIMBURSE ME FOR MY BELONGINGS. I have the receipts and they also have me on record. I've been a regular customer for over 7 years now.
