Worst service ever. Bad customer service, bad management bad treatment of Customers. I went and bought Car audio for my vehicle, one of the items bought ( Equalizer) was not needed, instead something else was needed instead of it. I went to the store and advised them of what was needed, they said according to their policy (which was not showed to me in writing) was that I need a letter with VAT registration from a Certified Car audio installer. I gave them one then they told me, 7 days is over they can't again assist me. Understanding the nature of Business, I even explained that it's not about the refund but more of a replacement, they made me wait for 40 min for a so called Supervisor named '"Smamo" or something. Who just walked away and never assisted me at all. My Car audio installer advised me that he has a working relationship with Randfontein Cash Crusaders and that the one in Darras Centre they are just being difficult for nothing judging by the way they are handling my matter. I had to turn back with my Item. Bad service whats so ever!!!!!!! The car audio amp never lasted me even a week an it's now burnt and not functioning anymore.
