cash crusaders

I have purchased a brand new DIXON heat gun with a 1 year warrantyfrom cash crusaders phoenix plaza on the 30-07-2020 and was well aware of the specified time of usage .on the 20-10-2020 I had a problem with the the gun where it was not switching on. I returned to the phoenix branch where the heat gun was checked properly and booked in .they told me that they will give me feedback within 21 to 24 working days .more than 24 working days passed and I received no feedback from them. when I get to the store they told me the heat gun was in the store and they apologise for not responding ,according to them they said it was un economical to repair and it was my fault that it stopped working .I asked them for a job card or any documents from them stating that it was my negligence ,and they showed me a sticker on the heat gun ( i have photos ) ,when I asked for documents they told me that's how they received it with something written on the masking tape .remember there is no bar code on the heat gun. so I don't know if that was my heat gun that went for repairs .job card was sent later that afternoon via whatsup after i made a noise for it .I contacted the head office and got no satisfaction with the the guy I spoke to (Samuel) .he then then gave me his managers number which I have contacted (Michael )and asked questions about the failure of the heat gun and they said their technicians was trained for these items but could not give me answers to a few failure questions .he then said that he will look into the matter and get back to me .i have went back to the store after 10 working days and they told me that there is nothing that they can do. I have now stripped the machine by myself and have taken out photos and to me there is no evidence that any plate heating up .i have photos of it . i have also not received any feedback from Michael or customer care with regards to this issue .i have been a customer of theirs for a few years now and will never put my foot into any cash crusaders store ,i would rather visit a pawn shop. i will let friends and family know about my experience with them .
