“CASH CRUSADERS ******** REFUND POLICY”

Please be sure to be weary of purchasing any item you may temporarily need at Cash Crusaders(Newtown Junction )... I literally purchased a cellphone this past Saturday for R2000 and when I tried to return it less than a week later...I was told that I need to sell it to them for less than R1200. It’s been less than a week.. surely logic and sensibility should justify why I refused to accept their offer. And the most infuriating thing about this whole experience is that the employees were more than happy to inform their fellow colleagues of “stupid” I am for buying a phone I would only need temporarily through Cash Crusaders.
