Cash Crusaders Centurion sold my property after I paid interest.

I realized that an item we put on buyback at Cash Crusaders was not under my wife’s name. On the 15th of January, we queried it as we know we paid the interest. The manager Phillip told me that the item was sold and I needed to bring in proof of payment, this is the till slip and also the new contract, so for the past 6 months they have not given us a new contract as the printer was broken. We cannot remember the day we paid, as we have a few items in their buyback section, and also their payments are on different dates. We do not have the till slips anymore as they always wear off or get lost. I asked Phillip if he could check on their system for the payments made on specific days, we have bank statements that could verify that we have made payments, but I was told this was not possible and our bank statements mean nothing to him. I asked him if I could come and see him today 16 January 2025, and he agreed. I went to the store today to try and see if we cannot find anything and after a while and some phone calls he managed to find a way to check up on payments for those specific days, I asked him to check on the system for the 6th,7th and 8th of December and also on the 13th and 21st of December. When he got to the 13th of December he found the transaction of said item that was paid, he is still insisting on a till slip. I have taken pictures of these transactions and will take it up with the consumer commission if I do not get a proper response or this matter is not resolved by tomorrow.
