Cash Crusaders Carnival mall & Dixon products

This company doesn't even deserve a 1 star. I bought a 28L Dixon airfryer in August 2023. In Feb 2024 I see the airfryer is starting to rust. I took it into Cash Crusaders Carnival City on the 7th April 2024 with the original purchase slip (taking in mind it has a 1 year warranty) after making numerous calls last week, after them not getting back to me, I then get a message saying that I have exposed the airfryer to too much moisture! Where? When? What? Why would I intentionally want to damage my appliances? REALLY? To date, I don't have an answer yet on my airfryer. Although I did get a call yesterday (24th April) asking if I used any chemicals on the airfryer when cleaning it. These people just don't seem to care about customer service. I have requested a full refund as I won't buy anything from them again as their customer service is up to S#@T!!!!! And I most certainly won't be buying another Dixon product as it seems the quality is also not of standard quality.
