Cash crusaders

I need assistance I took my JBL partybox 300 to cash crusaders at Flamwood in Klerksdorp I did pay my interest but they sold my speaker. Investigation was done and it was found that they have to replace my speaker but it has been 5 weeks already and the only feedback that I'm getting is they are looking for a JBL speaker.
