Cash crusaders buying tv under credit agreement!!
What do u do about cash crusaders that keep buying goods under credit agreement then hides behind the 2nd hand act. A customer of mine bought a tv under credit agreement 4 months ago and was sold today 10/10/19 to cash crusaders in kraaifontein. Shouldn’t u have to provide proof of purchase before cash crusaders can buy any tv from a client wanting to sell. They hide behind the 2nd hand act where a customer has to demonstrate to them how to use the tv and that enough warrants that the tv could possibly be the customers. What do you do in the event of a customer selling a tv under credit agreement to cash crusaders? How do you get the tv back??
