Cash Crusaders buying Goods Under Credit Agreement

Cash Crusaders Promenade has again bought goods under credit agreement. What can we do about this???? hiding behind the 2nd hand sales act is becoming a joke.... they respond to you like they going to do something but up until 2day,all my complaints have gone on deaf ears.
