Cash crusader's broke my straitner
Hi I pawned a hair straitner in the phoenix cash crusader's in November 2018 and took it out in 2018 December .I only realized that they broke my straitner in the store when I brought it back to pawn it again they now tell me it's not working 1 plate is damaged they are the guys that broke it they should replace it .don't ever pawn your things in this store if this is going to be the issue I would really like someone from the head office to call me if their is a head office because the store informed me that that there is no head office for cash crusader's only managers in stores my straitner was pawned with a guy named Jared

17 Feb 2020, 08:16I still have not gotten any feedback from you guys,it's a week later .I would really appreciate to handle this matter in the most calm way .but the guys in store have a don't care attitude even though they damaged my stuff.is possible for someone from the head office give me a call or even the regional manager .this is pathetic customer service guys come on

08 Sept 2020, 07:30It's now 7 months later after reporting an incident to you guys and I still have not gotten any feedback I paid alot of money for my straitner and you guys do not worry about us as customers I have tried speaking to everyone maybe a Facebook or newspaper article should work
