I had a concern with a Dixon Glass Kettle purchased 4 months ago. Returned to the store and it was sent to be fixed as had 12 Month Repair Warranty. On return after 21 working days was told it's faulty because of 'wear-and-tear'.

The Store Manager on Duty, Anele was at first sceptical, however, after reviewing all the evidence and facts submitted, immediately followed up with the repair team and subsequent to that, dealt with my concern in a very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient manner.
