The Worst store ever, I bought a NEW Fridge around June within 3 months it was broken broken, I took it to the store for repairs they told me to wait for a 14 days, I waited till close to a month and a week I went to the store since I never had any feedback. I was told that i must pay R2300 to fix it, I refused since I knew it was not my fault, I laid a complaint and few days later I was call by the complaints office that they will take it for second opinion. A few days after that I was told that they will fix it for R1000. Before that when I first went to the store i told them I won't be around Western Cape anymore I need my refund as I won't need the fridge anymore. I was told that the store will call me, I never received a call when I call the store they are telling me the manager is not there. Whoever I have been made a fool they act as if they know nothing. I have every call on record since from the beginning of all this their statement contradict always. I have been patient with you it's enough. I am taking further steps. I believe a lawsuit is my best solution
