Cash Crusaders Bel Air Shopping Centre- Poor Service

My partner and I bought a clothimg hanging rack 2 weeks ago. We used it for the first time yesterday and it snapped immediately after we had hung our clothes.

We returned this to Cash Crusaders immediately with the relevant receipt. We waited for a while, without being assisted and eventually when the store manager came to assist, we were met with the most rude, condescending and unprofessional behavior. Vincent did not care to take any time to listen to our situation, he simply berated us in front of the people who report to him and other patrons. He went as far insinuating that we had broken the rack ourselves so as to get money back, which we did not ask for.

We shop at this cash crusaders a lot. The day we bought the rack, we had also bought a few other items. We have bought numerous other high value items including, a number of power tools and this was our first ever return. It is unfortunate that Vincent's service specifically will be a deterrent for us to ever set foot there. His service was poor and his management style far from exemplary to fellow stuff especially during a time of serious unemployment crisis in this country.
