Cash Crusaders Bedworthpark refusing a customer OBF refund

My mom bought a speaker worth of R1200 at Cash crusaders Bedworthpark on the 25th July,on the 28th of July 2025 she went back and told them that the battery of the speaker does not last,she was told that it is the charger at home and she was made to buy another charger worth of R60(made to spend more money)and was send back without a refund. Today the speaker is still giving problems and when she wants to take it back she is told that they are going to take it to the supplier and they cannot offer her a refund.

The manager is disregarding the fact that the customer came within 7 days of the Out of Box Failure Warranty and is telling my mom she cannot assist her. My mom was made to communicate with the cashier's the first time around even this time around my mom had to call me at home so that I can ask to speak to the manager.

We had to spend more money on airtime because Cash crusaders Bedworthpark is refusing to assist my mom.

Cash crusaders Bedworthpark only knows customer service when they sell a product but does not care about customers when it is time to deliver the Warranty customer service.

My mom is a 51 year old who has chronic high blood and I had to calm her down from a phone because she is been to the store for the second time and it's not even a month old.
