If I could give zero stars, I would. I am appalled by the treatment I am getting.

Buying from this Cash Crusaders is the epitome of RISKY BUSINESS. I purchased a second-hand laptop here and just a few days later it stopped working. I understand that buying used goods can be risky. They took it in for repairs and told me it would take 21 days. It has now been 2 months.

When I called for an update, I spoke to a lady named Michelle who told me it was not her problem and that they could not do anything. She even mentioned she had been on leave for 7 weeks, as if that somehow makes my issue irrelevant. I asked to have the laptop returned so I could fix it myself, but was told that was not an option.

When I asked when I would get it back, the response was “I don’t know, any day.” From 21 days to “I don’t know, any day” is not just unprofessional, it is completely unacceptable. This is not how you run a business.
