Cash crusaders Balfour park Vincent! No customer service

On Saturday the 5th of December, I had a horrible experience at cash crusaders Balfour park in Vincent. I was told by the staff that they can't sell me a tv because I have an outstanding amount of 265 on my valid tv license! I told them please give me a print out of their policy stating this. I told them that they usually just require a valid TV license and furthermore they don't work for SABC. I asked to speak to the manager, all the staff left the counter and I was left alone. No manager come forward! Nothing! So I left the store and lodged a complaint on their website. Needless to say, no response from them. If the manager actually took the time to come and speak to me, I would not have to lodge this complaint.

Thanks for not contacting me, it just shows that cash crusaders Balfour park Vincent doesn't care or needs my business. I manage to get sorted at another cash crusaders.
