Cash Crusaders bad service

I bought a Dixon cellphone a while ago, and yesterday I went to buy a spare battery. To my surprise, they don't sell batteries for the phones they sell. What a lot of bull****. Now if I want a battery, I have to hand it in for repairs, and wait two or three weeks for them to return it to me with a new battery. What happens to old (serviceable battery, I don't know. This does not make business sense.
