Cash Crusaders BAD NEWS

Bought a Dixon 10" tab from Cash Crusaders Shelly Beach in November 2016 . In 2017 I broke the touch screen by accident... I have moved back from KZN to Northwest and took it to the nearest Cash Crusaders to be sent away for repairs since the warranty wont cover it .... This is where my nightmare started I was told they cant do it since it was not bought from them.... In 2018 I went on leave to Margate and returned it to the store, Two weeks after that I was called and given a quote to repair it. I excepted it and was told I would get a call when it is fixed... So two months later I got a call and was told it can not be fixed because its to old... BUT the sales person said he don't except the excuse.... He will call me back again.... So on 11 March this year I went to the store and was told that the store was sold and the new owners know nothing about it... The Manager took my name and contact number with a promise he will call me back again in two days time, until now still now answer from them....... So No Tab and R1300 lost........
