Cash Crusaders Atlantis

I bought a car tape at cash crusaders atlantis which they checked and it worked, i then installed the tape to find out there was no sound coming through i immediatelly took it back when i got to the store the manager gave me a long story abouth the fact that the tape needs to be installed by a VAT registered company which they did not disclose when i bought the tape, he also spoke about a R200 upfront payment just to take a look at the tape to see if it could be fixed and that they would call me within 2 days. i just called them as they did not get back to me and a lady was shouting to the guy i was on the phone with that it takes up to 2 weeks which was not what they also told me, they are highly incompitent and un professional.
