So last week I went to cash crusaders athlone myself and my colleague we wanted to buy a laptop then we found a Lenovo legion laptop for 3999 happy with the cost no issue checked the laptop out the screen is broken so we made a offer for the laptop they said they going to find out from headoffice so we wait no problem guy comes back and headoffice gave a price of 3500 for the faulty laptop with the screen that was glued on no problem it's our right to decline such a day light ******* price for a broken laptop then the sales guy say they have a guy that buys faulty laptops from them and he offered them the full price for the broken laptop .

Nevertheless a couple of days later I go back to buy a cordless sds drill to my surprise the faulty laptop is still for sale for the same ******* price .

I have a look at the sds drill the guy test the drill and I'm truly happy with the deal as I drove from far to that specific branch then when I'm supposed to pay for the drill the guy comes back and say there is no battery and charger for the 2nd drill shows me the managers phone with prices from different hardwares with drills without a battery and chargers for sale .so I asked the salesman how was this drill bought in without any attachments...he is not at liberty to answer that question so I asked the guy at the buyshop if I could sell a cordless drill without battery and charger he said no it's company policy to buy cordless equipment with attachments ....moral of the story is cash crusaders does not give a damn about ripping people off when you buy anything from them as long as they make money whether it's selling cordless equipment with no attachment or broken laptops but if you are to ever sell anything to them company policy will be thrown around everywhere just to buy your goods for next too nothing .
