Cash Crusaders @ Carnival mall disappointing service.

My nephew bought a gold watch at CASH CRUSADERS @CARNIVAL MALL under the impression it was genuine, only to find that its a ****.

When he went to take the matter to the store instead of being assisted they decided to call the police. One would think that Gold that is purchased by the store at second hand value gets validated. Secondly if they do sell counterfeit they should disclose such information to the customer.

This is highly unacceptable coming from such a big franchise, Poor customer service and poorer conflict resolution skills displayed by the staff members, are these people being trained on how to deal with such situations?? or they simply just being put behind the counter?

Truly disappointed.
