Cash crusaders are the worst!!!

I bought a sound system on the 7th of December 2022. The product was a second hand product that was sold to me as the new product that i wanted to bit did not have a box. I was told the product is 100%. I got home and tested the product and resized there are defects. I went back today the 11the and the manager was arrogant and did not want to help me as she said there is nothing wrong with the product after removing foren abjecte from the sub and there is still something loos in the sub. I told her i wanted a refund and she said No. i told het about the consumer protection act. She said i must lat my complaints as she did not care clearly. She dis not want to provide me with her name. Im very unhappy about the service as they just want to sell you something with absolutely no aftercare. This was at the Eastlyn branch.

Please stay away from this shop!!!
