cash crusaders are ********s damaging loaned goods and blaming the customer

They damaged my laptop when I loaned on it and I have sent emails, they have responded here saying they are looking into it but they have done nothing. Cash Crusaders is a pathetic company that cares only about money and not the customer. I now have a physically damaged palp+ptop and they say I did it.
