Cash crusaders anti social

For me working with customers you are suppose to be friendly and atleast have some communication. I went with my son to cash crusader in Newton Park, to sell his ps4, and it was the most unsocial person I have met. Didn't explain that he was check our ps4. Went up and down doing his own s@%t. After about 15min I had to ask what he was doing (everything on his on time) eventually I got frustrated and went out for air. Came back and asked what's happening and he told me the game must be fully loaded. So me asking after a while, how long still? I needed to get a conversation out of him, where he could have just been helpful and explain. Is that a lot to ask from someone that needs to keep a conversation going????? I think not
