CASH CRUSADERS, AMANZIMTOTI - SELLING DAMAGED GOODS WHICH THEY THEN REFUSE TO REPAIR
Cash Crusaders in Amanzimtoti not only sold me a faulty phone but then refused to repair it when i took it back, unless i paid them R 500.00. Saying that i had dropped the phone and this is what had caused POP UP ADS. When calling the shop they would put me on hold for up to 10 minutes while i could hear them laughing in the background. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism and utter lack of respect for their job.
