Cash crusaders Alberton Stole my son’s PS4 1TB that was in their safe keeping

Last year (May 2022 ) I took my son’s PS4 1Tb that i bought 27/11/2021 to cash crusaders alberton on a buy back loan, I kept on paying the monthly interest as stipulated on the contract and renewing every after 5 months as per contract terms. On the 31/05/2023 which was my 5th month, i paid the whole loan amount to get the PS4 back , I was told my son’s PS4 was lost , I was informed by Monica ,the sales person who is responsible for giving my son’s PS4 to another customer, citing that , she gave the customer ( white lady) my son’s PS4 by mistake instead of giving her the PS3 that she bought to cash crusaders. I was then given a worn out PS4 , while my son’s PS4 was practically new as it was kept at cash crusaders for almost a year. I took the PS4 home my son tried to use it , it was not functioning properly, it kept on switching off on its own,the power button was not working and all his games were not playable. On 1st June 2023 i took it back as it was not working, I told Monica ( the person who gave away my son’s PS4 to another customer) about the faulty PS4 she gave me yesterday, at the shop they had the PS4 500GB only , I told her we cannot take the 500GB as ours is 1TB .The only 1TB they had was the PS4 pro, my son ask for it, we were told it’s more in price Monica and his manager were extremely rude to us, as if it was our fault they gave away my son’s PS4 . The manager ( white guy , i didn’t get his name ) treated us as if he was doing us a favour,I ask him why can’t they go to the customer that they gave my son’s PS4 to and request the PS4 and then give her the PS3 that belongs to her, he answered in a very rude manner. I was told the store owner said they will go to other Cash crusaders to look for a replacement, I requested to speak to him they refused. I am soo angry and very much disappointed. If I won’t get the PS4 by tomorrow, I will be coming back with X- repo.
