Cash Crusaders Alberton City No exchange for new products

Good Day, We purchased a brand new Triwheel Scooter from Cash crusaders Alberton City for a sum of R349,90 on the 09/10/2024. Unfortunately the child did like scooter. We went back to the store on the10/10/2024 to return or exchange the scooter and we were told that there are no returns or exchange permitted. The scooter was not opened still in original package. When we went to purchase the scooter, we were not told that there was no returns or exchange on this product from the sales lady. Neither was there any sticker on the package to say that there is no returns or exchange on the scooter. When we approached the sales lady she said that we must read the warranty policy. No where in the warranty policy does it stipulate no returns or refunds to a new un-open product. They asked us to go and sell this product to their pawn/sell department and we were quoted half the price for the brand new product.
