This is to report CASH CRUSADERS PROMENADE, last month I went there to renew my Item, which I had other items on their system, and I asked if everything is OK they said yes I must come renew items on the 25th July, as it is my way of making sure that I don't lose my items I will always go there 6days before the expiry date, I went there on the 19th and I was told I never renew my I tems and I already had the one that expired on the 18th day before, a woman by the name Zaida I spoke to and she took my number and she asked me to reminder of which I did two times instead, she said I must forward her my Id no. Via WhatsApp which I did and instead of assisting me she blue ticked me, the day I went there one young lady decided to activate and alarm what was the reason I don't know, the lady that assisted me when I asked are you aware that items are off from the system and her response was that I am sorry I did not notice, this Is how I lost my items to cash Crusaders there was no text even though I went there before the expiry date, this is worse than bed my expensive watch, blender, and my laptop, I will pray that this branch will never see progress in this year.
