Cash crusaders

I brought a set of speakers to be exchanged I was told that the speakers had to be repaired but I was waiting for too long and eventually had to follow up,after following up after serveral attempts they eventually decided to exchange the speakers and I was delighted and had a choice to take speakers of the same value I was delighted with the resolution now I am happy and had problems since.
