cash crusaders

I bought a new TV from cash crusaders Lake Side Mall in Benoni. The TV stopped working on the 17th of February, while it was still under warranty. They told me to bring it to them to get fixed but they failed at that too. Weeks have gone by and all I get from them are stories with ever changing reasons as to why they can't help me on that particular day. I asked for a similar TV since they've failed fixing my current one and they decline my offer at which point I asked for my money back and that was rejected too.

Please help, I can't pay thousands of Rands for a TV that only worked for a few weeks.
