CASH CRUSADER ****- SEDIBA PLAZA HAARTIES

I have been a loyal/regurlar client of Sediba Plaza Franchise where I was croocked by the rude owner. This guy is disrepectful and arrogant and ill-treats his employees.

Here is my story, I placed a dinner table on hold with a deposit of R2000 and asked the salesperson that I will go make space for the table in my garage and will collect within a week. As agreed I went back to the store and bought other few things which the cashier suggested that I do a separate payment for those items and pay the balance of the table separate. I did that however I paid the table by FNB scan-pay and their POS did not clear/report the payment from the scan-pay. I then checked my bank statement to be certain that the payment of R2000 went through-which did. The owner was called and said if the cashier did a scan-pay theres no payment I have to pay again. I showed them my statement and he said he will only check his after day-end and the manager will call me. It took the manager over 5 days to call me and I went back when I was told that this owner has cancelled my transaction and I have lost the whole R4000. I will take this forth until I get my hard earned money back especially when treated with a disrespect that the owner of that shop has!
