Cash crusader Maponya Mall
I was ****** in daylight in Maponya mall cash crusader when I took out a loan and placed my LG plasma TV as security. On the day I came to pay them off the loan with interest, agent brought my TV from the back and placed it on the floor, I checked it and a min later i heard a loud sound, it was my TV falling and breaking the whole screen. I was done with their payments and I walked out of their store with no TV. I was told that I broke my own TV after I payed them their R2000 loan back. Please assist me on how to tackle this and get my TV back
