I bought a Pre-owned HP 14 PROBOOK 640 G1 (500GB) worth R2500 and payment was processed, as days pass by I inquired about my order , they tell me that someone was in the shop buying it, so it's no longer available.. When I asked for my refund back they asked for proof of bank account and It has been days now waiting for my refund, when I call their numbers it's says that the number is not available.
