Cash Crusader Mall @ Carnival Sold Item Before Expiry Date

Good day,

My wife took in a laptop for Cash Crusaders @Carnival Mall. Around the 20th July, she extended the contract online using Cash Crusaders website. Come August, she want to extend the around the 15th Of August, the laptop item is no longer on the site. She reached out to Cash Crusader, and they told her that the money reflected late and they sold the device. This stupid excuse given doesnt make sense, because the payment was made using the online tool. It doesnt end there, she was given an email that she needed to send the proof of payment, and she did so, but did anybody respond, nothing.

I want my device back.

I suspect fault play here and from the internal stuff and I want answers on what happened to the item.

Please assist on this matter.
