Hi i laybuy a second hand airfryer at n1 city on the day of purchase they test it went on and it was done and wrapped up until the day i collected on the 03.04.2023. Well it was school holidays was not home so i didnt check if it was working on the 7th April i started using my airfryer only to find out it is not warming up but mind you this airfryer looks brand new but its 2nd hand. The store refuse to give back my money after the policy state that within 7days i can get my money back or do an exchange they were at fault they never checked if the airfryer warms up now they refuse to refund me took my item in for repairs if there is an electrical fault there will always be one why cant they just refund me im sorry dont ever buy electrical items from this store as the policy state i can get my money back im to scared to even take it back cos how long before this thing break again what will i do im very dissapointed in the bad service and the fact that they do not know the store policy.
