I bought a base bin at the PE shop (Metlife) and only used it a few times untill I had to take it back to be checked out. Followed up 10 days later and the item only left 2 daya prior to my phone call. After 3 days followed up again and again and again, only to gather that my base bin has disappeared. Still awaiting feedback. This was escalated n to head office with also no joy or feedback after numerous emails. Only received a case number.
