Cash converters Sunward Park

I recently took out a loan against my laptop and when I paid my loan I got my laptop. I realized after 3 days that my dvd room isn't working at all but when It was tested it worked. Something happened to my laptop and you can see that there is a chip on the cover of the laptop. I don't know if they changed my dvd rom and replaced it with a broken one or my laptop fell and broke but it's not working. I'm really disappointed in them
