Cash converters stole from me

They *****ing from us.. I bought a laptop on Monday last week,I was told that the laptop can accommodate windows 10,to my surprise the laptop does not have capacity to do so,when ibphoned the shop I was told to being it back and it will be processed..To date nothing was paid back, I went to the store today,spoke to Edwin the boss or owner he advised that he does not have money to pay,no phone call prior to let me know of the turnarounds time,instead he gave me attitude on arrival,all I want is my money back..
