Cash converters loans
After I have paid up my loan these people have been giving me a run around with my paid up letter,I have been calling them numerous times and all the agents say I'll send it now but I haven't received anything. Yesterday I spoke to Tiny who didn't even apologize about the inconvenience but also **** about sending me the letter. I paid up the loan on the 18th July with DMC collections till today my ITC status hasn't been updated nor I have received the paid up letter.
