Carletonville Cash Crusaders or "Cash ******"

On 6 February 2018 Cash Crusaders Carletonville was burgled and our goods in buy back was also ******. Crime is not the business fault. Goods like laptops,cell phones,PC's etc carry personal and private information as we all know. Our goods got ****** on the 6th feb and a case was opened on the 8th feb with local SAP. Caring about customers privacy, safety and property is clearly not worth a meager phone call from the store or owners to make sure customers can block or stop any secure or private info or track our property. Clearly you fixed and secured your shop and premises the day following the break in as to keep your property and staff safe. A phone call to all customers to let us know so we could take steps to secure our information and property was to much for you guys. We only found out about the ****** property the end of Feb when we went to pay and collect our property. So after 3 weeks there was no chance of tracing the phone or securing private and personal information. After full payment of the goods at the cashiers front counteoflosswe were given a slip to redeem our property at the buy back shop. When the slip was handed to the buyer he left as if to go and retrieve my goods but returned 15min later with a "deceleration of loss" letter stipulating my property was ****** and that A I B insurance would be paying 70% of the item value or to replace the product with item of same value. Should the first order of bussines not been to contact customers about their property loss. Since when does your property belong to the business lending you money on the item. Only if payment is not received before due date will the item become their property and then they can make decisions over it. Our safety,personal interests and property is clearly of no concern after the lending agreement. After taking customers hard earned cash under false pretence of having your property safely kept you walk out no money in pocket,no property and the knowledge of your personal info being out there for anyone to use who has our ****** items. Should any details or any of my personal pictures or info be used as a result of Carletonville Cash Crusaders unwillingness to let us know in time to stop such use and block all accounts etc we will be taking legal action as they do not practice the honesty,transparency, fair practice and protecting of customers personal information that the Cash Crusaders Franchise promises to uphold in every store and their online websites. Just know that we the customers keep your doors open,pay your staff wages,pay the franchises and the owners of these stores. Must we as a community first go to lengths before we get any results or does your property also fall under collateral damage and free for all on you and your family's private and personal information. Pay us what you owe us or give us similar goods. As you already put every customer that was affected by this in personal danger if they had those types of goods by not letting us know. Would you and your employees give out your personal information to *********? NO SURELY NOT. Why is it then ok to put us through this situation?

If this is the way you and the franchise group conducts bussines you should rather change the name to ****** CRUSADERS.

PEOPLE PLS THINK TWICE BEFORE VISITING THIS STORE AS YOU NEVER KNOW IF YOU WILL BE NEXT. There are other 2nd hand stores in Carletonville with the same payback rates and much much better customer care where a mere phone call is not to much to keep customers up to date on their property. " I would also not phone customers to let them know of their loss in hope of them not paying so as to keep and collect insurance money on those forfeited items if I could live with my conscience. " Prove me wrong and post a letter from your AIB insurance in your store and door windows that they admit to not paying any of the goods out to you as the owner. Really really doubt that as a phone call was to much. Just know we won't wait forever before we start to protest against you and your ******* store.
