Buying there is a WASTE of TIME!!!

Absolutely disrespectful to the client! I got a new TV from their shop in Midrand Boulders Mall and it kept freezing. When I took it there to be checked, the gentleman attending to me left me in the middle of the service and was nowhere to be found. I later learned he left for the bank! Ludicrous!!! How do you leave a customer in the shop in the middle of the service and go to the bank without informing me? To think I had a waiting Uber. These guys have no respect for customer's time!
