Buying any items at cash crusaders klerksdorp, you might as well burn your money,

Bought a few items at Cash crusaders last month and most of them were broken in a week, earphones and so on, these items apparently are not under any warranty and i will forgo mentioning them further... At the same time i bought a brand new phone from them and this is not a cheap item, within the first week the phone refused to download any new aps nor would it run any of the apps already installed, then the phone died and refused to come back on no matter what....returned the phone as it has a warranty and was assured that i would be contacted within 2 weeks, according to there warranty they have 21 days.... I was never contacted, every time i went in to ask for an update the guys at the back treated me like i was bothering them and given a casual try next week... Today i had enough, i spoke to the people at the front and they were extremely apologetic and friendly, yet they could not help me either, they will only receive stock on Thursday and then they can phone me to let me know.... I can appreciate there frustration as they have no control over this, yet there promise of resolving this issue in 21 days will be broken tomorrow as they MIGHT only get my phone back on thursday. This coming from a franchise is highly disgusting and i have been a loyal customer for years, after this incident they will not see me again
