Buying agent enjoys taunting people in need

I went to Cash Crusaders Oudtshoorn this morning to sell something, because I was in need. When I came there, the person that is the buying agent was not on his post and came back after an hour, after I went to seek for him. He told me I can wait till he gets to me, but I can see he's not making an effort to finish off what he is doing and trying to assist me and the other people. When he finally came back, he tried to make jokes, like he's trying to rub it in your face. When it's my turn, him and the other guy made fun when he said that they will not be taking the baby car seat that I was trying to sell. The other person said that if a baby was inside, they would have considered it. When I told them I don't think it's funny and that I'm not there to make jokes, the arrogant one told me that I'm rude. He seems like he enjoys to see people hurt. When I went there, I tried to sell something because I needed the money at that time, but was greeted with a person who enjoys taunting people in need.
