Buying a broken TV damaged by the employees when they were packing it

We bought a TV. They tested the TV and it was all good. They then wrapped it. I carefully placed it in the car and we drove home. When we unwrap the TV has a crack. Fortunately I took a video when they were wrapping the TV and clearly it got damaged when they were wrapping it.
