Buyers needs customer service training

Cash Crusasders Thembisa please help that store . their buy shop is always closed and the buyers the name is Zakes and the old magogo who wears glasses are always tired and always claim that the buy shop does not have money. when you go sell your most expensive stuff they compare prices from gumtree. what a joke! i have always been a customer of cash crusaders from way back and never ever have i seen such a pathetic service. that shop is really making me loose my trust now is cash crusaders can someone rescue that shop please and send that old lady to go for customer service training as she is always grumpy and doesn't know how to deal with customers. i dont think that that shop makes profit? send those buyers for training otherwise they are dragging the companies name down.
